Refund Policy

1. General Scope

At Elevov, we are committed to delivering premium, high-impact enterprise growth systems. Due to the bespoke nature of our consulting, strategy hubs, and implementation services, our refund policies are strictly governed by the milestones agreed upon in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Software and Platform Access

For self-serve software platform access (if applicable), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial date of purchase, provided that the platform has not been utilized for substantial data processing or strategy generation.

3. Consulting and Accelerator Programs

Payments for the Growth Starter, Business Accelerator, and Enterprise Growth Suite are structured around clear deliverables.

  • Initial Retainers: Non-refundable once the discovery phase has commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been accepted by the client.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel future recurring services with a 30-day written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a charge, please contact your dedicated Growth Architect or email our billing department at billing@elevov.io with a detailed explanation of your request. All requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
